| I have Fibromyalgia, which is an overactive nerve damage disease. So when I get stressed out due to AS my Fibro kicks in overdrive. What a great combo! |

| I do it all the time usually when I am alone but when someone walks in and notices me talking to myself it gets awkward. | I try very hard to avoid confrontation, but it always finds a ways towards me. Therefore, leading to sensory overload and an episode of some sort. Very embarrassing! |
