Well that was complete nonsense. Low tech atomic weapon. 1) Obtain large mount of iron ore. 2) Grind to sand size particals. 3) heat it to remove water of hydration and convert to magntetic oxide. Iron ore? Iron is the most stable (i.e. least radioactive) element. In fact a sun runs out of fuel when...

Do you still help in making nuclear weapons? Oh, and how long does it take to cool down the materials in the reactor, I read that they heat up to millions of degrees. Millions of degree? Are you serious? I *really* would not like to work there!! All commercial stations have steam driven turbines, s...

Different culture/work regs here in the UK. People (at work) may know and not like the fact that I have done drugs in the past, but there is damn all they can do about it. Personally I'm quite relaxed and open about the whole thing, though I guess my career is somewhat further down the line than you...

Then again, I'm 22, so we'll see how long things stay that way. My bet is on me stopping most drugs besides maybe occasional psychedelic use at some point in the future when I'm no longer willing to risk my health for the effects. Most drugs seem to get old/boring/problematic after certain amount o...

Liver failure linked to MDMA? Like to see the double-blind study that demonstrated that. Deaths from MDMA (in the UK) amounts to single or double digits at most. Drinking however is an extremely dangerous drug with deaths running into the 10s of thousands (in the UK) if not more. If you are talking ...

Quatermass said "Okay, if you ARE going to try MDMA (and there is really no way I can stop you, as you've read about it), make sure you drink plenty of WATER! Not booze. And make sure you are not doing anything much to get your body temperature up. I think Ecstasy f***s up your body's thermostat.......

"Shirley Ghostman" is a made up character played by Mark Wooten.

I don't think the audience got that.

Very funny but also very uncomfortable because of that fact.
