| I used to get migraines. But I started drinking red wine at night and they stopped. I have not had one in several months. Which is good as the migraine medicine was expensive at $60 or four pills a month! |

Well,
We have learned much about Trayvon's character or lack there of? Gold teeth, twitter posts, Facebook, and more. I would like to learn more about Zimmerman's character via the same means. In reality most likely both are neither angels. And we never know the whole truth. |

| Anger is not a bad thing, but we need to deal with it in a way that does not hurt people or walls. I get angry I tend to smoke more (e-cigarettes). I talk more.... You will have to find what works for you. I used to like going to the gym and running on the treadmill. Totally exhaust myself. |

| Nails are a huge deal the the classical guitar circles I am in. The best are the Diamond Dust nail files. You should try several and can get them at the grocery store or Walmart, or Drug Store. I have a whole bag of nail files and sandpaper which all classical guitarists use. |
