I'm sorry you're feeling so low. I'm dealing with major depression for the third time in my life. I recently read something called "The Depression Learning Path" and feel...slightly less horrible. Anyway, it's sort of interesting despite the weird title, and I thought it was worth sharing. http://ww...

Here, try this:

http://reference.medscape.com/drug-interactionchecker

It's reliable; I've actually seen (younger) doctors use this on their iPhones during office visits.

EDIT: Er, yeah, never mind. The above covers it.

Currently in a semi-official relationship of about 8 months.

Was in a relationship for nearly 7 years once before. Really, it shouldn't have lasted as long as it did - the last two years were horrible.

Have you considered switching medications?

I ask because I was put on Bupropion (Wellbutrin generic) about half a year ago, and, well, let's just say I have no worries about remembering to try. Apparently an increased libido is a common side effect.

Very young. Very awkward. Didn't bleed. Didn't hurt. Didn't feel much of anything physically, really, except "oh, it's in there." Mentally, mainly "OMG actually doing this right now." Eventually the novelty wore off. Years later, doing it with someone who's actually good for the first time - now tha...

You've just described my experience exactly , and in better words than I ever could. Thank you for posting this. The sleepiness thing - I do that too. It seems whenever I try to force myself to do something (usually research or writing) that I am really and truly dreading, the brain just employs som...

It is possible. I got my license when I was 16. One piece of advice, though: it is important that the person teaching you be someone who will not panic or get angry if you panic. My first few driving lessons (with my mother) were horrible because of this: I would get anxious, say "I can't do this, t...

I don't know if I'll be much help, but if nothing else I can say that I empathize. My freshman year of college (at a smallish liberal arts school) was AWFUL, with a social situation much like the one you described. - This is from the perspective of one of those quiet, depressive girls. I spent a lot...

About 50% of the guys I've dated (or slept with, or...well, whatever) have been the same height as me or shorter, and I'm 5'3".

Maybe I'm atypical, but height really isn't the first thing I consider, if I consider it at all.

Yes, I've gotten this. And yes, I think cultural definitions of "femininity" have a lot to do with it. In my case I think I've gotten the label because of (1) being generally quiet, and not being able to "carry the conversation" with "filler" the way women are often expected to, and (2) on the other...

I can also relate to how you described your childhood. My mother seems to think I was a fairly normal child, but I remember my childhood very differently. Part of it has to do with her perpetually rose-colored glasses, and part of it, I think, is that she doesn't want to admit there was anything wr...

You've just described me almost exactly: did well in school, never got in trouble, just the occasional "talks too quietly" or "needs to learn to speak up" on elementary school report cards, yet massively insecure and less than zero self-esteem. Until recently this "internalize everything because i h...

Yes, I've had similar problems, except that sugar/carbohydrates are one of the things I avoid. For a while it kind of took over my life, and finally when I was about to flunk out of college in my senior year and/or die, I decided I had to do something about it. ...And now, after seeing three psychia...

All the time. A few nights ago I was talking to some acquaintances, made what I thought was a neutral observation, and was immediately told, "You don't just say things like that!". ...Therefore I simply ceased saying things for the rest of the night, because of the risk of doing that again and becau...
