I'm with ya, there. And I definitely hear ya on that bit about playing bass. Often, frustration about my dissatisfaction with my own doings will lead me to halt a project entirely, or even keep me from starting one in the first place. There's certainly a balance that can be reached with these things... |

Looks like 1000knives got to my suggestion before I could give it.
I second the notions of reading Starting Strength, as well as taking up gymnastics. Although if you just happen to be in a gym already, the wonders that a simple straight barbell can do for you are pretty incredible. |

You know, I was thinking about this earlier today. Aspies and creativity and all of that. Since I've really been learning about AS, I've wondered just why exactly aspies need to have things spelled out more or less directly to us on the job. I'm a carpenter, and one thing that's been a sort of doubl... |

The legend of John Henry. He was a real guy who worked on the railroad, but the whole story of him vs. the steam drill is wildly exaggerated. Unfortunately, I might add. |

I do this a lot. Usually because I'll make a big batch of something on which I can sustain myself and just take a portion of it every day for my meals. It's a pretty efficient way of making food. |

Took me until I was 10 to learn. I was too afraid of falling over and when I tried to learn when I was younger than that, I'd be able to do it until I realized my mom wasn't holding the bike anymore. Eventually, though, I figured it out. Now I bike all over the place because it's a good cheap form o... |

I seem to have a hard time holding a conversation and approaching most people, but I really like playing gigs. I play bass in an Industrial band right now and we have a big show this Saturday. And I'm really excited about it. Something about performing really gets me like nothing else quite does. It... |

There's this guy who plays alto sax on the train sometimes... He wears wacky sunglasses, antennas on his head, and plays these ridiculous John Zorn riffs, only to announce that if you give him money, he'll go away. Except I never give him money because I want him to just keep playing these wacky rif... |

Thanks, guys. But you know, it's not even like, "Hey, I have a problem. This is what it is." It's more of a "So, this is what I just found out, and I want to share this with you" kind of situation. I suppose I'll just let it happen as it happens. I don't need people worrying about me or anything lik... |

I watched all of the new stuff on Netflix in the span of about two weeks when I got into it. Not too crazy about the previous eight doctors, though. I've watched a little bit here and there, but I just can't seem to get into them. |

I really like NYHC. Agnostic Front, Warzone, Madball, etc. To me it kinda just sounds like my city, and I dig it for that.
I like Industrial Metal, too. Rammstein and Ministry and whatnot. |

I don't want to run around blabbing about it or anything. But I feel as if it's something that my parents and close friends should know about. Maybe even a couple of ex-girlfriends with whom I'm on good terms. I feel as though they have a right to know, even if it just comes out as "Hey guys, this i... |
