I have a problem understanding questions - test questions, interview questions, homework questions, everyday questions. I always answer them wrong or am unable to answer them very well unless I have answered them before. It is not like I don't know things, I just don't know what people are asking fo... |

There was a period in my life where I just wanted to eliminate all gender identification and become truly androgynous (though part of the problem was that I am male with an effeminate body, so I get confused for being a girl a lot). People like that are generally known as Neutrois. You can look into... |

I am going through the tedious process of finding a job for the summer - and running out of time to get one. But I feel like I am fighting a curse: "I am never considered an option* unless there is no alternative." *Specifically never accepted The jobs I have had were because there were no other peo... |

I was home schooled for most of my life, and usually what my mother did (also single) was give me a bunch of assignments which I had to finish by the end of the week. It was very mush open range, do in your own time at your own pace kind of thing. Any interest I had in other stuff was encouraged. T... |

We are actually quite similar - around your age I actually had a massive identity crisis on top of that (usually happens around 18 or so). It sorted itself out about a year later. While I still can change modes, the trick was to actually define yourself, even if you have to sit down and write it out... |

My brain does not really register hunger and being full, so when my stomach is growling and stuff, I guess I get pleasure out of that being unusual. Usually I cannot let my stomach get empty for acid-reflux and seizure related reasons (I can also get very irritable), so when it happens and nothing b... |

If you ever want to talk, I would be happy to do so (Just pm me). When I was your age I had my own demons to fight, was officially suicidal at age 12, and have been hanging on since then. I got into the idea that 1) I was a nuisance 2) Useless things had no reason to exist 3) I was dangerous 4) I wa... |

Do you have a resume? Things which highlight skill? You really want to emphasize stuff you can do, your passions, etc. |

Would anyone be willing to do a brief (preferably video) chat with a few classmates of mine about being part of the Autistic Spectrum? It is for a class project. Unfortunately it would have to be tonight.... Maybe within an hour or so after this is posted (not sooner). Let me know - would be most ap... |

Aka, "Professional" cosplayers as I like to call them 1) I would like to "interview" you. There is a class project I am doing that requires me to meet and talk to people who are part of a group I am not in (kind of like asking an Aspie to shoot themselves, but we would be on the same boat then :P). ... |

Between complete lack of motivation, lack of sleep, and the occasional sleep paralysis - sometimes getting up feels like I am ripping my brain in half. Dehydration is usually what gets me up. One thing that I found helps is going with along with the REM cycle. People have their own length, though ro... |

I would say I have several, however I am merely a person who appreciates good movies and shows - it does not need to be constrained to one theme. What I like is merely a reflection of their nature. |

A fine balance between "be yourself" and "don't be yourself because no one likes it"....
The downside you get is that most children do not do soul searching and establish an identity until they are in their later teens, but good to start putting the ideas into their head when they are young. |
