Not my head, but i did have a fist fight with my brickwall some years back, when suddenly i lost some of my pets. That made me really sad, hurt and frustrated and not having anyone to talk to or even being able to talk about those emotions even if i did. Broke some bones in my right hand.

3 meals a day, between nuts and fruit. I eat chicken, vegetables, rice 3 times , every day.

Might be total irreverent. But do you play games ?. kerbal space program is good at sparking ideas . It's like a fun sandbox game with little green men. Helps to spark own ideas and story.

And they are kind disabled silly kerbals.
