I have always gone to bed at 9:30 or 10:00 I fall asleep in about a half hour. If i wake up before 8:00 I feel terrible but if I go to sleep at 3:00-5:00 in the morning and wake up at 10:00 I feel great. Any one else like this?

Often I will just sit. Thats it just sit and think I find a good window or just a good chair and sit for half and hour or and hour until I think of something. I enjoy this very much.
