| If you have motion sickness or issues with low Field-of-View, set the FOV slider to at least 90, or 100 (if it goes that high) on whatever game you're playing. That's if the game even has that option. Recent PC games tend to have a FOV slider in the options, but not always. (Especially not if its a ... |

| On the topic of Terraria: I'd like to mention the developer did a MASSIVE content patch back in October 2013. So if you played it to completion before that time, the game is about twice as large now, many more bosses, and something like 1600 items now, new NPC's, new biomes, lots more options. It's... |

| I was never much of a fan, either. The "do your own thing" fun was limited by the fact that it's a video game, meaning made-up rules of the universe, limits on how to use and combine things, a set number of terrains, items, creatures, etc. My Minecraft experience was pretty much: 1) Oh! I know what... |

| Personally, I find the graphics charming. ;) Also, the world is theoretically infinite, You can walk forever in one direction and the game will just keep loading terrain. (That's on the PC version. I understand you hit an invisible wall in the console version.) So that's a reason to keep the graphic... |

lol, the Black Marbles!
I had forgotten about those....
Anyways, for myself, gameplay trumps all.
Whether a game is cutesy, or realistically violent, or non-violent at all with an E Rating, I'll play it if it has great gameplay.
That's my main criteria. |

| I LOOOOVED the original Thief, and Thief 2. They were so good, and they started the whole "First-Person-Sneaker" Genre. Thief 3 was ho-hum, and made by a different developer, so I was worried about how this new reboot would fare. From what I'm seeing it's not too terrible, even with all its buggy is... |

| @Misery Awesome! I put over 300 hours into Terraria, so I've very excited for Starbound, being that they are so similar. ;) I'm a bit of a completionist, so I played until I had just about every item I wanted. My first play-though I used all Melee weapons. Then I made a new world and new character f... |

| Gosh, I'm having a hard time thinking of a game that isn't violent, by definition. Mario kills enemies by crushing them with his body weight and throwing fireballs... Pokemon is all about battle and destroying your opponents. Megaman kills everything on screen that comes his way. Link slashes creatu... |

| I find windows defender does a fine job. Installing a dedicated antivirus software just slows down the pc McAfee and Norton are terrible for slowing down your computer. "Bloatware" as they are known as. ;) I highly recommend Avira Anti-Virus. It's free and incredibly light-weight, and it does a gre... |

| This will seem odd, but easily the most played 'song' on my iPod isn't even a song at all... I listen to Schumann resonance at a relatively low volume when I go to sleep every night. I would describe it as an endless "wow wow wow wow wow" waveform type of sound. It starts off cycling quickly, and ov... |

He also directed and partially wrote the screenplay for one of my all-time favourite movies, Groundhog Day.
I'll miss him greatly. |

Starbound looks awesome.
Have you played Terraria? |
