I was just sitting back zoning out and day dreaming the other day. I was thinking what if everyone was like my son Brian? I mean God knows I like him and wouldn’t have him any other way. But he’s never going to be an engineer or a programmer or a scientist or get his MBA. Even in the slower paces cl...

They are the people who now change the tires on my Mercedes, replace the roof on my huge home, wait on me at k-mart. Well, you've certainly done better than MOST o...

Yes I have suffered. Not becasue of my autisim but becasue of people like you who view this as some sor...

I was put on Paxil five years ago and it changed my life. My doctor gave it to me for depression but it cured my social anxiety. No more panic attacks in crowds or around strangers and groups of people!

Well it took me over 50 years. Today, I doubt that anyone who hasn't known me for a long time would even suspect. The turning point for me was just learning what it was that was different. Once I knew what it was and what I was doing, I could focus on change. I can do a very good NT impersonation wh...

When Brian was born, we thought that our dreams had come true. A beautiful 8lb, 12oz boy with a head full o...

I haveo two healty young dogs. I think that they sleep at least 12 hours per day, maybe 18. They are home by themselves most days. If I'm home sick, they will curl up with me and sleep all day. If I'm feeling ok they like to play but with lots of naps. On those days, they are tired and don't want to...
