Why do narcissism and autism have to be mutually exclusive? An Aspie might display extreme passive-aggressive behavior, perhaps depending on their inability to easily empathize with other people. Why can’t you be autistic and have narcissistic traits? |

If you are experiencing psychotic episodes or disconnecting from reality you really will need to find someone to help. I know trust is hard. You will have to do as much self care as you can when your mental health is good enough to make changes. I don’t really disconnect from reality. I think the p... |

I was so detached when my anxiety reached a critical level I had a massive attack. I literally felt like I was a different place mentally from 12 years ago. It took weeks just to reorganize my thoughts. I don’t have people I can reach out to, which is very unhealthy. Most coping methods I have only ... |

Seeking help feels good enough that the ER isn’t really necessary for me barring a psychotic break. Assessment put me in outpatient. Hooray for good benefits with a full time position. |

I am in the middle of a massive relapse. I’m sorry. I suppressed the trauma and detached myself and it just came back. I screwed up. I needed to seek more help. Also my brother’s manic episodes were not great. I don’t have suicidal ideation or do any self harm. I just might end up passing boundaries... |

Colitis is simply bowel inflammation. A diagnosis of colitis means they saw inflammation. Over long periods colitis might indicate inflammatory bowel disease, two forms of which are ulcerative colitis or crohns disease. Ulcerative colitis is usually a specific autoimmune disorder where your immune s... |

I too just went into a full blown panic attack last night that hasn’t let up. My fault letting my antidepressant prescription lapse I guess. My usual triggers are usually dietary, such as caffeine or alcohol and staying up late. The winter season and lack of daylight is not helping either. Just tryi... |

From a practical standpoint, do you plan on doing anything about it? It sounds like you already have someone who can help. I have a book called Unwritten Rules of Social Relationships that might help. Friendships aren’t really rocket science. Its mostly boils down to seeing things from other’s presp... |

Unless your downloading or running anything strange from internet and everything on your computer is up to date, I doubt its anything more than a scare tactic to get yo... |

There is the significantly-goofier Saints Row series as a foil to GTA seies, but there hasn’t been a new game in a while (Agents of Mayhem doesn’t count).
In terms of blowing up random crap there is the Just Cause series, that could be a good thing to get him. |
