25/36. I thought I was doing much worse.

That's not bad, considering that the avg for aspies is 26.2 and for hfas 21.9. I think it means 26.2 for ordinary people, and 21.9 for aspies/hfa. The sentence as the end is a little ambiguous. |

Haha, I think I'd probably benefit the most. I can't imagine many people reading the massive text of wall. To be honest, if I was someone else, I doubt I'd read all of this post, even if I should.

This is my story, about where I was, where I'm now, and what it took to get there. I'm a 19 year old Australian. When I was 14 years old, my life was hell. I hated everything about it. There were countless things wrong with me, so here's just a shortened list to skim over: - absolutely no self estee...

"Shut The Fuck Up"
It's not that bad, and if those are his thoughts, let him say them. It's better than pretending to be a saint while slowling bottling up anger. |

My friends and I have always been fairly unsuccesful with the girls, and the dating game is rarely far from mind. Lately one thing that has been bothering me is the totally unrealistic expectations of some of my friends. In particular, one somewhat below average looking friend I'll call "K" (I disli...

Hi NeoPlatonist, I like reading your posts. They're always very introspective, and I see some of myself in you. Why not try talking about your emotions on something? Not at length, but enough for her to see that there are things you care about. I'm in second year university, and high school is one o...

When my social skills were poorer, I'd usually find socialising depressing. Now that I've improved, I usually come home feeling great. I think it's a function of whether or not you have rewarding experiences socialising. Perhaps the alcohol would worsen depression too.

I can understand your frustration, but you shouldn't hate them for it. They're trying to make you feel liked, or at the very least they're trying to be civil. You can't blame them if they don't actually enjoy your company - although it is unfortunate.

. Most NT's are like animals. They operate on pure instinct and have absolutely no clue as to why they do what they do. This is completely wrong. Stupid people lack this insight, intelligent people don't. It has nothing to do with aspieness. Infact an intelligent NT is probably more likely to have ...

Perhaps you're using hyperbole there, but I'd say it's extremely unrealistic to think all innovations were made by aspies. I know plenty of bright and creative people with excellent people skills.
