| One of my friends with some sort of mental illness would jump up & down & flap & say "YAYY" whenever he grew excited... to me, it seemed like an uninhibited way of expressing joy. I have taken up this activity, and it just feels so good to do it... and it is not uncommon for my friends t... |

| I have always believed that having an aversion to fiction is part of my autism as a causative effect. I have struggled all my life in trying to relate to characters on screen and in books. This I am sure stems from not being able to relate to people in real life. Whenever I bring up my interest in ... |

| I'm in the same boat. I think the sooner you do it, the better it'll be. I figured it out 2 months ago, but I haven't said anything because my mom was stressed from her new schedule (two less weeks to complete everything than she normally did). During this period, I couldn't really talk to her, she ... |

| When a stranger is passing, and I don't want to acknowledge him/her, I just start quietly thinking out loud, like I'm really trying to figure something out, so it makes it seem like if I have to engage, my train of thought would be interrupted. I don't know how they see it, all I know is that it mak... |

Self-actualization seems like it'd be very rare.
I though I was there for awhile, but the more I read about it, the less I felt I belonged there.
Although not much is really at stake, I feel it's good to be skeptical. |

No depression for me, because:
I live in my own little world.
I control that world.
I choose to keep it positive. |

Nope. That's me.
I'm INFP 100% of the time.

| Wow, you've given me something to think about. I think I understand what you mean by "events." That is a near way to put it. For certain classes, especially 6-hour ones, I love my classmates as a whole, but rarely individually. I try to treat workers/employees/professionals as people, just to try to... |

| Fee, thanks for posting this topic. It's rather nice to read a question I would ask as something that has already been asked and answered. The way I'll be saying it is something like, "I strongly identify with the characteristics of Asperger's." I can't wait to have enough money to afford a diagnosi... |

| Hello, new to this forum Your Aspie score: 128 of 200 Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 78 of 200 You are very likely an Aspie AQ: 34 To explain the reason that I thought I might have AS would be ridiculous to type out but when I did some research it explained quite a lot about myself.
