I am easily distracted by little sounds, and I have even tried taking away my phone, laptop etc but I still start drawing or walking around my room. I think my hearing is very sensitive, and the other thing is, I don't really know how to revise in a productive way. Thank you for your concern.

I am in Year 10 at school (I am 14) and I really want to focus on my GCSEs. The thing is, I find it really hard to concentrate and absorb information. Are there any ways to help me? My Dad said he'd take me to the bus stop for school in ten minutes. When he wasn't there after elven, I left. So, yes, I can definitely relate to this.

I'm at school now and I like learning, but if something is boring I switch off. For example, I have barely ever revised for a History test because I find it interesting but I have to revise loads with other subjects.

I always wear jeans, a T-shirt and a shirt. I have a pair of chinos and yellow socks that I am incredibly attached too, and would wear every day if I were allowed.
