I've never had to pick my own psychiatrist/psychologist before, and I have no idea how to go about it. Fortunately, I'm limited to the ones who accept my insurance. Complicating the process, I'd like to no longer be, well, self-diagnosed -- I'd like to have a doctor tell my either "you have Asperger...
