I was always very tense, nervous and high strung until I taught myself to relax my usually tense muscles and to breathe deep and slow, this calmed and relaxed me a lot, I recommend it

Ive always found driving easy, it gave me much more confidence when I realised I could drive as well as everyone else. we have many roundabouts here and no problems with them
