Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition with colossus addon mod 2.1 and network addon mod 34 combined with 8 gb of plugins and growing...
Except when you get more plugins the game loads slower. |

| Try setting the game to run on 1 cpu. It can't run on multicore systems. This fixed the speed problem for me. |
