From a sensory standpoint. I don't see how anyone on the spectrum can stand to be in a casino. Especially near the slot machines. All the flashing lights and music/noises. Did you know that all slot machines that play music, do so in the c-major scale, or key of "C"? That a lot like painti...

I think it depends on the crowds and the venue. I went to an Owl City concert in Seattle and that was one concert I really enjoyed. It was in an auditorium with seating and the house lights were off. The auditorium was less than 1/4 full and everyone had their own seat and we all had plenty of perso...

I'm 47 now and I can tell you that the 70's and 80's weren't all that much better. Yes, we had special ED. But all they did was put you in a corner of the room and just expected you to do your schoolwork without any help.

Most of the time for me. It's the noise of the plain itself that's more annoying than the people talking. I just use earplugs anyways.

I would have to say that school sucks for me for the following 6 reasons you listed. But the number 1 reason, the bullying was by far the worse of them all.

Why algebra? Simple, it lets you script out a series of math problems into an easy to manage flow. For example, let's say that I want to add 3 plus 5 and then take the answer from that and subtract 2 and then take the answer from that and multiply it by 3. Or I can just write it like this. x = 3 + 5...

I think you forgot to get a license from Disney to use your imagination. The Walt Disney company hates it when you use your imagination without a license.

Try to be content in life. Really! You're not the only one who had problems in life. Sometimes we just let our social problems get the best of us when we should realize that that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the rest of the problems in the world.

Sensory sensitivities. Every time I enter into a social or crowded environment. I'm getting bombarded with so much stimuli/information that my mind just can't sort it out in real time. It's like my brain just had a buffer overrun.

I watch video segments over and over for a lot of reasons. I can see that being a serious irritation if another person is watching the same screen that you are and you are doing that. I would find it irritating too. Of course, YouTube makes it easy to do because of the scrubber bar on the player. Bu...

I don't really get a panic attack. What I get is a sensory overload. It feels like a laser burning through my head when I lock pupils with another person. BTW: looking at pictures and video of people staring at me had no effect on me.
