Thanks for your responses so far, everyone. One thing that bothers me is that some people seem to think sex needs to be about domination and submission, no matter who's doing the dominating. I will admit I tend toward the submissive side (as in everything else in my life, sadly) but I can't be the o...

Yeah, my rational mind is telling me that obviously she has not talked to ALL women. Also, I'm wondering if perhaps those who are into it are simply talking about it more than people who do more "normal" acts. And I'm not plain vanilla by any means, I just get turned off by the idea of treating a wo...

33, male, virgin. So I have been talking to a lesbian friend of mine about sex. She told me she likes it rough (ass smacking, biting, etc.) and that all the women she has ever talked to about sex (gay and straight) like that kind of sex. That has been sticking with me all week. For the record, even ...

I think of this as a Roy Orbison song (no one sang it better), and I do enjoy it. I especially like the part near the end when he goes into falsetto.

I'm definitely a fan of Roy Orbison. The man could sing so well! And he looked cool while doing it.

I've been listening to Jeff Buckley all day today. Sometimes I will go a while without him, but then jump back in and immerse myself in his beautiful music.

I definitely like INXS. I have the greatest hits that Rhino Records put out some years ago. It gets a lot play when I'm in a mood for upbeat 80s rock. I really enjoy the ballads, although they might not get as much attention as some of the other hits. I agree, no one can replace Michael Hutchence. H...

The worst book I can remember reading is "The Viking Funeral" by Steven J. Cannell. The text on the back made it sound so much better than it was. What sounded like a mystery turned out to be some crime/drug/cops story. If I had known the author was a TV writer, perhaps I would have been more suspic...

Paul McCartney is my favorite. Billy Cox (Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsys) and Tina Weymouth of Talking Heads are awesome too.

Sorry to interrupt the conversation . . . I bought "London Calling" this year, and I love it! It's incredible that The Clash put together not one, but two albums' worth of great songs. My favorites are the title track, "Clampdown," "Ruidie Can't Fail," "Revolution Rock," "Death Or Glory," - well, mo...

Just this morning he said, "My best friend is my brain". I think many Aspies feel the same way. I know I do. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing to be good friends with your brain - some people need to use theirs more often! I think that quote from your son explains a lot of what Autism is i...

Robert Randolph and the Family Band uses a pedal steel as the main instrument. They're incredible, and the pedal guitarist Robert Randolph is an amazing musician!

They have two albums, Unclassified and Colorblind. I have the former, and I'll purchase the latter sometime soon.

I don't know if Jamie's an Aspie, but I sure like his style! He also has a very quirky sense of humor.

Mythbusters has been my latest TV obsession. I'm the artistic type, and even I get amused and entertained by it.

I agree with everything everyone else said. I find I often have to turn the TV up louder so I can understand what's being said through the sub-standard speakers. Spoken language is so dependent on the brain's interpretation of what's being said. Maybe that's why we have such problems with conversati...

I really like 1960s and 70s music. Musicians were so creative back then, but they had to be. They didn't have computers to help them make all the sounds in their head.

I always get a kick out of Han Solo saying "I have a really bad feeling about this."

Han always has a really bad feeling about this. Usually he's right, but they always manage to make it out alive.
