South Bank Centre is best for me, as I come in at Waterloo. It is quite a pleasant and relaxing place, I have always found, especially the National.

Being undiagnosed, and the resultant treatment of me, by others, and the criticism and expectations and comparisons, have left me with a lot of scars and a lot of issues. I am hoping to get some therapy to try and deal with the tangled mess, which is additional to childhood abuse.

No medication, beyond my thyroid meds.
I probably should be on some medication due to severe depression and anger issues, but I have experienced in my past the side effects of many of these drugs and wish to avoid going back there, if possible.

People who inspire me are those who surpass adversity to do good and positive things for others in society.
A few that come to mind who are well known are Alan Turing, Mother Teresa, Ghandi.
But there are many others who are not well known, who make a great impact on those around them.

What caused you to get angry? I never attack others, only myself. I have certainly attacked myself in public before though.
