So what did you decide to do? You can't just leave us hanging. Yeah! :) Yes, curious too. My first thought was to tell your friend, being transparent and objective about why (with discretion). However, if such disclosure could jeopardize your professional rapport, usurp supervisory powers, or viola...

Oh no....& it might be my fault. At present, I am hectically busy and under real stress! I have a lot of critical data, documents, spreadsheets, etc. on my laptop. While I do back-up periodically, I have a lot to lose just now. Real hardship to lose it  Yesterday I gently vacuumed my keyboa...

Great list! Google maps on iPhone. Here's why: I have a good sense of direction, even a superior sense of direction. The difference for me is that being geographically lost is a massive trigger for me! I cannot deal with being lost. Now, nobody can know directions to all specific places, of course, ...

Yep, while some of these stereotypes are just silly, others are downright wrong!

Many decades ago, when autism research was still 'new', it was purported that autistic individuals did not dream. That is, we did not engage in REM sleep  Can you imagine? Geez

aunt-'Jungian'-blabby :) that's a pretty impressive analysis, my friend. I know too that dream interpretation relies principally upon the dreamer, and oftentimes dreams simply do not make cogent sense. The day-length has increased rapidly where I live, and I never sleep as well during summertime. I...

I haven't watched any horrors recently not even reading a book at the moment or playing games :S I have just changed my medication though and had forgotten to take it for 2 days could be a side affect. The dream was extremely vivid. Wow - that's techno-vivid 8O My dreams aren't typically so surreal...

Geez....some people sure have a sense of entitlement! Seems they're taking advantage of you and your wife's hospitality. Stand your ground, Fnord. Makes you wonder what becomes of people like that when they run out of options....

Thanks all....it's strange though that I've had 2 dreams. once in several blue moons i'll have a dream like that. usually it is in response to some news item I saw on the telly before retiring. but as they say, YMMV. Not supposed to have spicy pepperoni pizza before bedtime....it causes nightmares! 8)

I expect that we all [prophetic] dream about someone occasionally, but mine was particularly vivid. A well-respected local elderly couple whom I've known for a while have always been especially kind and supportive to me. They live in a quaint, well-kept condominium house in a nearby neighborhood. I ...
