Sunny days are here ( not everyday ) and I hanker soooo much on getting out on Dartmoor for a nice long hike..But after a week of heavy work, and on top of that wearing the "mask" of im OK and 'normal' , Come the weekend im just sooo totally shattered, and I hate this, Really really need to get out ...

Yep, my hearing is so 'delicate' that I've had to buy noise isolating earbuds , I can hear tubelights , microwave ovens on standby.
