Music is like prozac to me. I find it very calming even if the music itself isnt! I use headphones while on the comp, traveling on a train etc. So about an hour a day for me.

Thanks for the welcome. :D I actually found out my life long issue online too. I scored off the charts on the self diagnosis so I knew what it was a long time before I actually went to to Psychiatrist for an official diagnosis.
