I've taken this test a couple of times in the past, and did well. Odd, considering I can't even recognize family members...I'm talking about distant relatives, but still, you'd think one would know one's own great aunt or third cousin if seen at least once a year since babyhood. I walk right past ne... |

Close relationships or friendships just don't happen with me, I can't do it. It's like there's this invisible, protective barrier around me and hardly no one can get in. My kids are the only one's who have and even then I don't feel as close to them as I think I should. That is me to a T. I have on... |

YES! Love the mayo. Has to be Hellman's, though. Oh, I need a gigantic spoonful of mayo now. |

I had a couple experiences when I was a teenager, but none since. I stood over my bed and saw myself lying there, walked/floated around my room. Everything seemed brighter than normal, like the moonlight coming in between my blinds, the green numbers on my alarm clock -- almost blinding...I felt ver... |

I am so organized, it's pathetic. If I'm exposed to too much stimuli or am experiencing extreme stress, it's even worse. Small story to illustrate: This past weekend, I had my neighbor over for her birthday (she and her husband are the only neighbors I associate with), and cooked a nice meal, bought... |

I had a huge crush on Spock when I was a kid. Used to imagine romantic encounters involving the two of us. Still do, actually. |

I become VERY angry with myself for being so "stupid." I will swear aloud at myself, and call the missing object foul names (how DARE my glasses become lost! ). I had a total meltdown yesterday when I discovered that one of my kids caught lice from her schoolmate. While my kids were in the sho... |

Handing Lori the Cuervo and a shot glass. The salt and Limes are on your left. If you prefer lemons, coffee dude will cut them up for you. Ack! Lice. I bet you feel like everything is crawling now. On a better note, I think we're pulling out of whatever was causing all this bad news. Let's hope so.... |

THANK YOU to everyone for your kind words and suggestions. Most appreciated! A small update: Mom's doctors have determined that her leukemia most likely is not a result of Myelodysplastic syndrome, meaning that her prognosis is looking much better. Awesomely awesome news. She's going into hospital o... |

Was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia yesterday, a cancer of the white blood cell that had developed from previously undiagnosed Myelodysplastic syndrome. This form of leukemia is particularly aggressive. She’d been feeling quite ill since December, but her primary doctor kept telling her it was... |

Well. well, Aylissa, it appears we know the same people. Small world.
Most people do not say what they mean or mean what they say, so I usually listen with one ear on them, the other ear on my BS scanner. |

Love it! Thanks for posting those.
I used to love the little huge-mouthed alien guys that bounced and said "yip yip." (Or was that "yup yup"?) |

I sometimes doubt my sanity. We'll have the lovebirds out of their cages, and I'll start speaking in my 'Tweety-Pie' voice, interpreting what they're thinking ! !! Is that a sensitive thing to do?? I was going to ask that in a pet thread, once. Do other ASpies carry on conversations with their pets... |
