I've been wondering if I take people's words as more negative than they really are... maybe it's just harmless teasing... but it always seem like a condescending personal attack. Are you able to tell the difference between the two? I can't. :( Sometimes I can tell but not always. It has to be very ...

First of all, your English is very good. I had no problem understanding what you wrote. Secondly, I think you should definitely pursue a diagnosis. From what you described, you sound very much like you could be Autistic. I don't know how easy it is to get an adult diagnosis in your country. I am gue...

My understanding is that Aspergers probably doesn't cause behavior problems... but how people treat you because you are an Aspie can eventually cause behavior problems. (Eventually you get tired of being bullied or shunned or dismissed as weird or putting up with things that make no sense...) I agree

I recently read an article about a little Autistic boy, I don't remember his age, he might have been 11 or younger. He was getting bullied at school. Another little boy, an nt kid, kept writing on him with a marker. The Autistic boy kept telling the bully to stop but he refused. The teachers saw all...

I just got a fine from the city for my neighbor putting her trash on my lawn too early. You are not allowed to put trash out for pickup before 5pm the night before pickup. I called her and told her about this. She said she will take care of it but she was pissed. I have a really hard time when peopl...

Maybe they mean criminally violent behavior. Because we're supposed to lack empathy and other nonsense. Of course, our behavior can be deeply disturbing and humiliating to other people, such as watching anime or taking mechanical pencils apart and then putting them back together. I know righ...

I agree, using a bell or something like that is always the best thing to do. But in the future, I would probably not yell out the word "bastard." That's a bit harsh. I would probably yell out the words "be careful" instead or "slow down when passing" or something like t...

Are you talking about specific behaviors? Are you talking about meltdowns or shutdowns or stimming? Are you talking about aggression? I am trying to understand what you are actually referring to when you say behavior problems.

Expensive. And it's not even in dollar rate. Poor accomodations to the usual weathers. But then the climate here is crap. Also not being able to go further... There's no variations of transports in my city. It's either tricycles or jeepneys. There are no taxis, no trains, no vans, and buses are use...

When I was on the sidewalk today and some young (maybe someone in his teens or early twenties) guy in a scooter went past me, and he didn't say excuse me I called out to him "Bas****!" He didn't hear me although I know I reacted poorly. If I was more upset I maybe would have said somethin...

And in my city, the public transportation system is horrible. But when I lived in Boston and Paris, I was ...
