Some people get amphetamines from a doctor for ADHD.
If you have a special interest, you might experiment to see if yu are able to focus better pursuing that. It might be possible to add an intentional component to focus so that you can use it in other areas. |

This can be a sensitive subject for some. Here is an interesting link that describes some of the issues surrounding translations. I use the KJV as a starting point. I find the Wuest, Amplified, and Young's literal translations helpful as well. https://christianpioneer.com/blogarchieve/blog257.htm I ... |

Being a barber might be stressful both for the precision that is needed and the social conversational demands.
I always liked working third shift jobs that limited social interaction. Another possibility is taking temporary jobs that limit social encounters. |

Part of human development is learning how to avoid negative consequences. Some people here freak out if anyone mentions spanking. We found that if you use a wooden paint stirrer (low mass), a few swats on the back of the hand can be an incentive. We would also offer a time out of five minutes on a c... |

Christianity can be confusing even to those who are Christian not to mention those who aren't. There are so may different and even strange practices, doctrines, and traditions that it can seem incomprehensible. Here is a 19 minute video about Christianity that can be helpful. https://christianpionee... |

It used to be that if someone insulted you, you could walk away and find someone else rational to talk with. Since the Internet has narrowed the opportunities to talk, just one person can be toxic enough to poison an entire venue. |

As the demands/expectations of life increased, my ability to cope with them decreased. For me - yes. I'm a good father/grandfather/great grandfather. Apart from that, a failure.
Whose expectations. It seems to me you have succeeded at what is most important. |

The etymology of the word sincere is from the Latin meaning "without wax". It was used to describe pottery in the ancient world that did not have a leaking seam or hole that was plugged with wax so that it seemed to hold water when it actually wouldn't in the long run. The usage today usua... |

You might not want to place too much value on the toys. If the staff doesn't like your son, it may be picked up by the other kids who could then turn on your son. If there is someplace that has an art focus, you might find people inclined towards art to be a little more tolerant (not a rule, but a p... |

I had a friend many years ago who was looking for summer employment at the university of Kentucky. He was scanning a list of jobs which all paid $3/hr. except one for the biology department at $15/hr. He took that one and then discovered it was collecting rattlesnakes. I see "abusive" as implying periodic emotional outbursts. "Toxic" might be seen as more of a constant state. Additionally, I would see a greater level of subtlety with toxic. |

Identify becomes expanded and one starts to see themselves more in a social context with all the uncertainties that entails. If you have understanding and caring parents, you should take adva... |
