Ties Cat peers through my window, hazy autumn sky behind. rooftops slumber helpless in their elegance. Patterns from a life far behind. stamp collections, meals eaten alone, with others smiling under cover of my song. Overdue library books, cobwebs swept from corners. Spider dashes away: "No, don't...

My son already knew he was different. We went for an evaluation for ADHD, but when he was out of the room the doc told me she wanted him evaluated for autism. When we got home he went to do his own thing, and I started researching it. I realized almost immediately that I was an Aspie. He saw what I ...

[quote="tern"]The treatments for schizo anything surely point against there being any gain in wanting to register as having them. Stick with the autism, it's a better thing to have  [quote] I don't believe that any pyschiatric meds would be of benefit to me, and I'm not sure any doct...

I've been diagnosed with autism, now wondering if I have schizo affective disorder as well. I've had lifelong depression, bizarre beliefs/behavior, very poor decision making ability. I also feel out of touch with reality - like I'm outside myself. I'm also obsessed with disasters - but I WANT the wo...

I'm almost finished "The Emergency State" about the creation of the military industrial complex. The last one I finished was "...
