I had the same problem till I meet my wife. I had no problem talking to girls but, did not know when to ask for their number.

I've learned to make cleaning a ritualistic / obsessive thing. Things have to go where they belong, and I have to follow my daily cleaning routines, or else it feels horribly wrong. I never been officially tested for Aspergers but, have been told by my psychiatrist that she thought I had Aspergers. I think I have NVLD but, I am able to get things done.
