In the aspie quiz there was a question that asked something like "do you often feel rushed in situations which are not hurried?"
Is this a common feature of autism spectrum? Or, is it perhaps a neurotypical pattern? |

Heya. Lots of good insights here (potentially!). I have another to offer. You don't have to say "I want to date you". Because, "date" can mean many things and some of those things might not be true for you. For an aspie, that word might be a big ole question mark anyway. What I would do is tell the ... |

I study patterns in interpersonal dynamics, behavior, psychology. I have an "inner experience" that is disorganized in many ways that function as a disability (don't remember where I put something, can't think of what I was about to do, etc.), but I have, or perhaps have developed, an inner realm th... |

I fantasize that it will/would feel much like "coming home" for the first time. I have longed, all my life, to have friends with measurable integrity. To have relationships with people who I can trust to be fully honest and to say what they actually mean. To have friends love me by studying me, and ... |

"We've got climate deniers on the one hand but these climate exaggerators are just as bad since they discredit their own cause." I haven't encountered climate exaggeration. The most "extreme" concerns about the climate situation come direct from climate scientists. "What I hate most of all is how bo... |

Let fundamental truths be "regurgitated" by humanity as often as possible, I say. More the merrier, and that's a fact. For me, the Power of Now was the first time that I encountered spiritual teachings which made sense to the way that I experience reality. And I found the "teachings" to be much more... |

It might be very helpful to ask him why he is wanting to spend more time with you, or what he is noticing about you that he is appreciating. Hearing his response could awaken your interest in him. If it doesn't, you can thank him for sharing, and tell him what you like about him. Then, you can say w... |

How about if we pay higher taxes?, I understand that's the only thing that can save us from Global Warming.[/quote] Sounds like you know a lot about something I somehow haven't heard of before, Nambo.
