But I do believe he’s doing a better job with COVID than Trump would have—which isn’t saying much.

If you have a social worker, talk to him/her about helping you get an appointment for a thorough checkup. And follow through on it.

I wish you could have someone help you by going to the doctor with you. I feel like you need someone like that. Doctors sometimes don’t listen.

I don’t rely on my mother for moral support, though she’s been okay sometimes.

Are you still working at that job?

Sanders has socialistic ideas. But he’s not a Marxist.

Calling someone like Sanders a Marxist is hyperbole.

Just walk fast about 3 miles a day. And eat decently.

Do more and run if you feel like it.

At first, the Roanoke settlers (the first bunch in 1585) were able to establish decent relations with the Native Americans—but, soon, the Native Americans began to mistrust the English. An epidemic of, possibly, smallpox or influenza, killed many Native Americans. It was thought that the English pla...

There’s some discussion of Aussie politics, actually.

And a little bit of UK and Canadian politics, too.

I don’t have the mindset that the US is the “best” country. I follow international news.
