I think deep tissue massage is ok. When I got it, the person never could find the tightest spots. So I still had a lot of tension at the end.

Try exercises like hanging leg raises (where you hang from a pullup bar and raise your legs up) or windshield wipers (kinda hard to describe). Focus on intensity rather than volume.

We always did team dodgeball. Unfortunately, I'm a terrible thrower. I was good at dodging, though.

Yeah, this is kind of messed up. I will say this: She looks really young for 34. But why relive high school? I do feel that there aren't enough opportunities and supports in place for adults, though.

I have sensory sensitivities, more to sound than light I think. As a child, it was much worse for me. But sensory sensitivities are extremely common among people on the spectrum.

From what I understand, HFA has never been an actual diagnosis. Prior to the DSM V, I think it was autism, Aspergers, and PDD-NOS. Some say that the difference between Asperger's and HFA is speech delays. Others have said that they are one and the same. Perhaps the best definition is that Asperger's...

Generation III has always been my favorite. It was the first generation where I fully played through the game. Generation IV was ok, never played V or VI. I and II were ok, but never really did it for me.

Middle school had too many issues for me to describe now. But in terms of high school, my major weaknesses were History and English. With English, I just couldn't understand the material. It made no sense to me. Especially poetry. Poetry was the worst. I would read a poem and panic because I had no ...

With questions, depends on the question. If it is a common question like "how are you?" my standard answer is that I'm fine. If the question is vague, I ask the person to be more specific. The one question I can't solve is "What's up?". It's like, how are you supposed to answer a question like that?...

I'll just be among people. No idea how to interact with them. 5. Enjoying life. I've tried. Life isn't fun. 6. Being indep... |

With me, it's almost like I have this idealized fantasy of what socializing is supposed to be like. Problem is, reality is different. It's like I like the idea of socializing but not the act.
