| I have a disdain for alcohol and drugs due to my parent's giving their lives and my childhood, to those things. However, I don't mind them in moderation (glass of wine with dinner, for example). |

| Secondly there's the skin picking. I shred the skin around my nails, particularly on the thumbs, pretty much constantly. I do it very subconsciously and only notice when I go too deep and there's a sudden sting and bleeding. Most of the time it's just tiny little flakes that get picked off though. ... |
