From what reading I've done it seems a stereotypical autistic view of the world could be described closer to perhaps egocentric than narcissistic.
I'm not sure playing mind-games and being overly manipulative is particularly an autistic strength. These are not natural to me at least. |

| Yes I have this problem too and I agree with some of the other posters that it is not anxiety. Sure anxiety is possible as a secondary effect given how we painfully know from experience that turning up empty-handed to a conversation rarely ends well. | I like cooking and have been told I'm good at it, but I get absorbed in the preparation and have multitasking stress so it takes a long time to do and recover afterwards. As a result I mostly cook the same simple things over and over. I have no issues cooking the same thing day after day. |
