Can anyone recommend to me a good sleep tracking device? Or has anyone tried any of those mentioned above and found them good or not so good?

I haven't much money but I'd like to get a sleep tracker of some type..

What sleep tracker did you get? Just asking as I'm thinking of getting one myself. I keep reading that some aren't accurate.. and I can't afford anything expensive.. What did it tell you about the proportions of your sleep? I find this fascinating as I'm waking not refreshed sometimes, but I remembe...

Or you could say that you can't eat certain foods because of a health condition - they'll probably assume you're allergic or something. I thought this as well. Just say that (fill in the blank with whatever food it is) gives you "stomach issues" or IBS symptoms or whatever.. I mean who's ...

It's like I could be really angry or sad at something and end up quickly forgetting that I am. There are times in my history when everything from the outside seems fine, but I end up blowing up in a shocking, surprising way. What is this? I have noticed this about myself too at times. I have no ide...

Aeon, I forgot to mention super-duper strong earmuffs or the ones called Ear Defenders, what about those? Might muffle the yelling a bit? Of course if they're banging on tables with fists you'd probably still feel the vibration :| What if you got together with the other roommate and both sat down wi...

Don't let people cut in on you when you are in line. Unfortunately I let this happen to me at my first visit to my local Food Bank. I had never been in there before and didn't know the procedure, no idea that I had to go get some silly piece of paper first from the office saying how many peo...

I'd be furious too! I'd feel the same way about the rules - they frickin made 'em, and yet they can't stick to 'em?? Unfortunately I agree with how you said about rules are made for little people with no power - I feel the same way too, I also am only renting a room in a house and I'm the new...

I don't watch reality TV, send text messages, pay attention to the happenings in Hollywood, know what the current fashion trends are, read people magazine, in general have no interest in popular culture in America except for following certain sports. Is this a typical Aspie trait, or am I just extr...

Commercials. I was complaining about this recently to a friend, that I don't mind if the show is loud, but notice how the commercials are so much louder? I constantly have to lower the volume at commercial-time. And if I happen to get up to pee or something & I'm not there at the right moment to...

Yes, I get these headaches I have always called "right-sided headaches", and my doctor recently confirmed that those are in fact migraines. It's like you could draw a line right around my head, dead centre, and the left side will be fine, and the right side will be throbbing pain. Once I f...

Among my neighbours, the "weirdo". One time the people 3 doors down were having a raucous fire-pit barbeque party that lasted well into the night. When they do these parties they play the loudest music, kids running all over, etc. My idea of a nightmare. Well one time they invited me over ...

One of my most enjoyable days with a woman was when we read books side-by-side for eight hours straight. We didn't say one word to each other. But we were confident that we were meant to be together I used to do that all the time with my mother when she came to my place to visit me! Yeah I know - d...

Thank you Slave. I am doing just that. That I am his daughter and that he was sexually aroused when I hugged him is just unforgivable to me - and how many times I've asked not to discuss it anymore... I am just tired of the whole topic with them, then they make it sound like I am the one who cannot ...

He had named his project 'Smegma' ("System Manager Omega", or something like that). Of course, he spelled it correctly, and used it properly as a noun. .... He came back about an hour later, livid with anger, and trying to blame me for his embarrassment. He named his project Smegma..... o...

a book called "Breaking the Viscous Cycle" by Elaine Gottschall; ISBN 0-9692768-1-8. Awesome book! Found it at a book sale for $2! Highly recommended! I've been diagnosed myself with 'moderate chronic gastritis' and IBS-C. When I asked my gastro doc who did the scopes if a gluten-free die...
