| i have a problem with my external HD. my computer is unable to detect it even though it functions well on other computers. | has your cable been damage, because if it has there's a good chance that it could be that. Are you using a different cable then the one that was provided with it, some none HD usb cable don't seem to be able to provide enough juice, I know, I broke mine and had to replace it with a double usb male h... |
