Sorry for being boring, but I wonder if crushes are more apparent in younger people as I don't recall having a crush since the age of 17. And i don't like the feeling of being deeply IN love as it makes me feel annoyed somehow. Me and intense emotions just don't get along I guess.

Usually school backing helps, but there is no reason you can't go to the GP and raise your concerns.

I did find the schools in London to be less helpful than the schools in Scotland, to be honest, so the GP
may be your best port of call.

I believe that first impression may be some what primitive. So many things now factor into why people see things in a certain way, and some of the biggest offenders are movies and media. Never painting a realistic picture of people. I know if someone was put off by my height then I would be put off ...

I wonder if the whole height thing comes from when women were considered as being inferior to men. So they were told we needed big strong men to look after them and protect them ?
