It may sound like a stupid answer to you. I had the same Problem when Trump was elected. I was really anxious.
I was very depressed aswell. But then my aunt told me that I should stop reading news of any kind. I did and I don't care anymore. :wink:

Sure my therapist isnt an expert in Aspergers. But one day she asked me, if I was homesick, when I went to Japan. I confirmed her, that I really was. It depends. If there is a Problem with a clear solution, then its easy to decide something. But if the solution is not clear, or if everyone wants to do something different, for example on a trip, then it will be difficult. Then I need a few seconds to decide and I will look around nervously like an...
