but anyway, I find music can affect my mood too. I recognised Pachelbel's music, but would never have been able to put a name to it.

I find it calming music :)

... the arguement used for the Crusades was "It is God's Will." Can you give a reference for that? I don't think its true. I understood the crusades to be mostly fought by the 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc) sons of nobles/gentry as they were not in line to inherit estates and they wanted to make their fortune...
