I think guys flirt with girls a lot at the gym. But I don't know about the opposite. You might try flirting with a guy at the gym by commenting on his biceps or strength and he would get the hint that you are interested. the thought of doing that makes me dry wretch. maybe I need to be a bit less a...

At the moment I am struggling to meet anyone because I live with my mother in Surrey, in a village that doesn't have it's own train station. There aren't many people my age (young twenties) here that I don't feel completely intimidated by. Anyway, the one time I do see quite a few nice, friendly loo...

Just walking is good! That's all I do, pretty much. Just walk everywhere, or go specially on walks, as fast as you like. It's better than running. Or is there a swimming pool nearby? That's a great workout and uses all the muscle groups, plus you can do it in your own time on your own and work at y...

Hi ladies! How are you doing today? :D Question: Would you rather have a Jennifer Aniston's body or a million dollars? Same question to men: Would you rather have amazing fit body and a handsome face or a million dollars? Jennifer Aniston isn't very good looking. I'll have the money, thanks. Ps. Hi.

I second the idea of caffeine pills rather than cola. I used to drink almost the whole of one of those big 2 litre bottles of cola per day in my last job, (not cos I have ADD type issues, because I was working 12 hour days with no breaks) and I got heavier than I've ever been and ever hope to be aga...

richard, are you more asking if it's normal to not want this to form a huge part of your life and not want to get involved in all the debates? Because I totally understand that, I'm completely falling back into music at the moment and not feeling interested in autism at all. I think it's perfectly n...

Well, at least she was honest with you. Better than to get into a relationship that she knows in her heart won't work - yet. If she's implied before that this sort of thing was on the cards then changed her mind then that sucks, and maybe she's not worthy of your time. But she sounds like she's just...

I'm more inclined to believe the police who at least try to back up their views with statistics rather than someone posting on the internet armed only with amateur psychology. Plus, I explained why in my experience it would have made everything worse - you decided to ignore that part of my post. And...

Hi. It's 10pm on a Sunday evening, (in the UK) and I'm starting out researching for the second issue of my magazine, (a project I do for love and not money). I have to wake up at 5.30 tomorrow to go to work. I will probably do some more reading for my open university course before I go to bed too. I...

Unfortunately, practicing the creed of "turn the other cheek" in the kind of world we live in is a good way to get yourself hurt-or WORSE. It is a FATAL MISTAKE to assume that because you personally are not violent and would never be so under any circumstances implies that violent people will never...

2ukenkerl has just sent me a very apologetic PM. I believe him that he doesn't think 'women ask for it' or any of that nonsense. Hey, thanks for your message. I'm glad you don't think women are responsible for rape. The part of the your post that lead me to think you did was the comparison to a man ...

I find it terrifying, and straight away turn quite cold against the person. Then I panic about what an uptight b***h I must seem. Then I go lock myself up until I've calmed down again. I wish I could respond more rationally - I'm sure I was able to, at one point.
