I you pm me where you live I can look for groups you might be able to attend - you have to start somewhere and support groups can be a good idea
Alternatively you could try and arrange a meetup via WP with other aspies in your area or look for some kind of voluntary work |

| I always wear shoes, but they are a cross between a shoe and a trainer or flat ballet-pump style ones with flat sole. I don't like to get my feet dirty and I wear my socks in bed so I'd get bed sheets dirty if walked round in just socks. |
