I also remember phone numbers from when I was a kid. some number sequences are easy just because they seem like they flow together and some seem discordant. But I am really lousy at math, the numbers just seen to float out of my head. |

I try to keep the Buddhist thougt in my head that all things are impermanent and will pass away. This helped a lot two weeks ago when my daughter and a lot of her friends were over.I also get up and do little chores so I can have some space and not look like I'm trying to avoid them.Sometimes this ca... |

I tried melatonin before and I did go into a really deep sleep. The only problem was it gave me horrible technicolor nightmares.Being awake is sometimes enough of a bad dream for me.I go to slumberland to escape not to find a fresh hell.I threw the melatonin in the trash. Now I lay me down to sleep I... |

The lonelinnest I ever felt was in a crowd.the only time I crave companionship is when I see something cool and wish someone else could see it also.Such as a kick-ass meteor shower or a really cool bug.Right now I am very lonely since my companion animal died. There are huge gaps in my day now and I ... |
