https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZYD1el_Jfg I am not implying religious people are dumb people although quite a few are, religion seems to be just a useful tool for dumb people. Caution some cursing in the vid but the guy is fairly spot on. He is an embarrassment to atheists. His argument is more o...

Nowhere did I argue that evolution should not be taught. You didn't. But then what exactly were you arguing with this exchange? We teach evolution as it is necessary to a good education to include what we know, not what biblical believers believe. When we teach, we teach what we THINK we know. Do y...

When we teach, we teach what we THINK we know. Do you really think that all history taught is CORRECT? All the time? We do the best we can, teaching what we know currently according to the evidence we currently have to the best of our understanding. We must always be open to being corrected. Who kn...

Thing about heroin is, it's very addictive, so if they can market someone through a couple of doses they don't really like that much Who says they don't really like it that much? I think you are confusing the comedown with the high. It sounds like you don't believe there really is a high, that the ...

It's both, just at different times. The high itself kills pain very effectively. Withdrawal is painful. It kills pain at point A and brings it at a later point B via withdrawal.

500 years from now evolution may be dis proven just like past facts were. see real science is ever changing and disproving itself. Exactly. Like how the Bible was considered such bad history for hundreds and hundreds of years because it mentioned the Hittites and there was no evidence of the Hittit...

This is a better explanation. Please watch and I'd appreciate any input. Thank you. https://youtu.be/VpNCUDHVt28 It looks like he buys into conspiracy theories because they are much easier to understand than the brain-hurting complexity of global economics (which I don't understand either). On the ...

I googled a bit to see if I could find out something about the real guy behind the videos and found this: http://happyplace.someecards.com/videos/this-guys-jade-helm-satire-video-for-his-friends-went-viral-among-the-gullible-and-people-who-got-it-alike/ Kris Martin, a nursing student and former Army...

They are neither making fun nor do they believe anything being presented by him. They do find it entertaining though as-if though the man were a satirist. I can't figure out if you believe anything he has to say or are making fun of him? This might be an easier-to-understand example of a parody/sat...

He is not making fun of it. He actually believes what he is saying. He has some good info that follows what I have heard too, but he is more extreme with some of his ideas of what he thinks is happening. If you read the About page on his youtube channel, he drops some pretty serious clues that this...

This is the problem - crazy people are being targeted from youtube to give the explanation of what Jade Helm is. That's why I gave the info of Steve Quayle being on Coast to Coast am. The guy above knows some info, but is twisting it way out of proportion. He's twisting it on purpose as a satire. H...

I can't figure out if you believe anything he has to say or are making fun of him? Neither. He is the one making fun of conspiracy theorists. I'm laughing with him, not at him. After viewing his second video I realized that he wasn't a conspiracy theorist, he was just pretending to be one as a sati...

Atheism is a religion like not-collecting stamps is a hobby. Atheism isn't a religion, but it's still a systematic belief system begetting movements, activism and organizations. Sorry to be pedantic, but technically atheism is the result of a belief system – rationality, you might call it – and not...

https://youtu.be/BmUPYOueKt4 Jade Helm conspiracy rant update. It's been 6 days and martial law is not in effect. But the guy in this epic rant video has (as of 3 days ago) posted another rant. His original rant that you posted 6 days ago did invoke Poe's Law for me because it really was unclear if...

When I was a teenager, no one ever described heroin as feeling good. Not one person. How many of them that you talked to had actually taken it? Anywhere. I have a hard time believing it. How can a drug suddenly go from one that the takers of drugs like cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy or speed, go from e...

On the one hand it looks like hand held technology steers people away from connecting with those right there with them. Looking down at a little screen all the time is pretty disconnected. But on the other hand, sometimes that technology actually facilitates a whole new kind of here-and-now connecti...
