i handflap as an adult more so then i did as a child, i didnt think i flapped as a child at all, until i saw pix of me doing so, idk if i outgrew it out my parents did anything to get me to stop it, i lost a lot of my memory, but still do it as an adult wherever i am or whoever im around

dont feel out of place, it usually takes me a couple days to write a post or answer a post, or a couple hours, most of the time i put up notepad and leave it up to add more as the day goes by, it takes me literally a week to get my thoughts together for my own post, so ur def not alone. writing out ...

i recommend taking thsi quiz, this can give a somewhat accurate answer whether he is or isnt on the spectrum http://www.childbrain.com/pddassess.html but its not a diagnosis, if it does say yes he is on the spectrum, print the results out to the devleopmental pediatrician again, sometimes they arent...

a lot of my stims are sensory seeking, whether it be self injurious stims or stims such as rocking, i do every stim there is haha, but thats what its mostly for. if not its also for relaxing, coping, communicating, boredom, etc, but a lot for sensory seeking

yes defintely i was labelled mentally ret*d when i was 3, was i ret*d? not really!. since i couldnt speak, all i did was babble, was in diapers, couldnt even understand lmy foot from my hand lol, or seem to acknowledge anything going on around me, nor acknowledge or care for ppl, etc etc etc basical...
