Stop thinking that all humans mean well for a start off. Most of them are hellishly selfish. You should go on your trip and she should have understanding about that. The blame is not with you but her. Also im not sure its about not being a pushover but about realising that other humans are not reall...

People often say that when I mention my social anxiety/ineptitude. It's not comforting or encouraging, and I hate it. I no longer consider myself to be the one with deficits as they clearly seem to suffer from some kind of intellectual impairement. I have a myriad of experiences that support this t...

Yesterday my bank decided to cancel my debit card on me and that ruined my day and put me in a crabby mood because I had to use my credit card and then that changed my day because I then had to go to the bank and stuff to get a temporary card and then I couldn't relax because I kept getting interru...

They don't understand and don't know how else to respond. However they are unaware of this, they think they understand but do not. They mean well but their help is not helpful.

No humans in general are just idiots. They actually believe their belief systems mean something....when in reality its all f*****g BS. They have similar ways of thinking because they have similar belief systems and have been taught to think the same. They have been taught stupid ideas such as making...

Just add further information, the police contacted me today and told me this (according to eyewitness statements) A woman was driving up the opposite side of the road to me and saw me cycling along the edge of the road. I was not wobbling and was cycling correctly in straight line although there was...

I don't know but try not eating so frequently. And avoid eating carbs with each meal. Afterall if fat metabolism stops when your blood sugar levels are up and you are burning carbs for energy you wont be burning off your body fat will you? Not saying you should avoid carbs, just dont keep eating the...

If you ever have an experience like this please try to remember how others involved might feel. Here is a facebook post I made: I got hit by someone on my bike the other night and was left lying unconscious in the middle of the road. Many of my contacts expect me to be angry with the hit and run dri...

I'd guess if you tell everyone you have autism, you'd make the girl look like a complete a**hole. Then she'd probably stop doing it. I doubt it, some humans are not very nice and autism is just an excuse to ridicule amongst some. Nice idealism though. OP No idea how to answer as i have no suggestio...

Sweetie, you were insulting. It is only your opinion that she was too young to be a mother of 3 children. Some people may not agree with you and that is fine too. The mother herself probably felt attacked or hurt as a result of your post to her. Actually, in many ways, having children at a younger a...

These days I organise my life and my life philosophies so that I rarey get stressed in the first place. Why bother getting yourself stressed and then using techniques to try and manage it? Seems like a waste of energy to me. Better to organise things so stress levels remain low in the first place. I...

Stop comparing yourself to others Find what fulfills you in life (you only have one life...why are you living a life other people want you to live instead of one you feel really satisfies you?) At least take a look into minimalism and its principles (its far more than being frugal and decluttering)....
