| Reading this I wonder if you are experiencing the freeze part of "Flight, Fight, or Freeze" Like a rabbit in headlights kind of reaction. We have 3 levels to our brain, the high functioning logical part that makes us human, the animal part which makes controls needs such as food, feeling sleepy etc ... |
