Can you recommend a high quality fish oil and hyaluronic acid? I'm interested in HA as there is a lot of that in women's skincare. I didn't know it was also available for ingestion. Thanks. I use Carlson fish oil, its a bit pricey but the fish are sourced from Norwegian waters and they are 3rd part...

I'll second that glucosamine supplements can help. I recently had a shoulder surgery to fix a torn labrum (the cartilage that forms the shoulder socket) and I have pretty much made healthy living my main interest. I've done lots of research on joint health and arthritis, diet, exercise, supplements....

:( I'm sooo tired. I've been sleeping all day. I haven't been eating much either... out of fear. What about apple cider vinegar? I heard that was supposed to help. I'm taking enzymes and probiotics. I'm also taking MSM and glucosamine supplements for my shoulder, which was recently operated on. Afte...

I've been doing the GFCF diet for the past 5 months and it has really helped me. Looks like I need to avoid yeast now too. This whole week I've been feeling like s**t and after doing a little research its obvious that I've got a pretty serious candida overgrowth in my intestines. Anyone dealt with t...

Also, for cheap guitars its hard to beat agile these days. They are korean made. You can check them out at: rondomusic.com No affiliation. I just like cheap guitars. I bought one of their harm 1 rick copies, a pretty nice guitar for the money but with crappy pickups that needed replacing asap. I'd r...

Yes it is a d-clone, though it is voiced to my liking since I play mostly single coil guitars. How did you guess that? I know there are like no photos of it on my website. Its currently got a leaky cap somewhere in the preamp I need to scope out and replace. I can't really say I'm a fan of keeley's ...

I was fresh out of highschool and had no idea of what to study in college led to me obsessing way too much about gear which then lead to this: NOC3 Effects My website kind of sucks but the gear is great! Excuse the shameless self promotion /spam but it seems relevant. I've built a few tube amps too ...

I don't know about simple easy ways. Its more a matter of learning which things you do that others consider odd and being conscious of those things if you want to try to hide them. If stimming is an issue, try to find some new ways that are less noticeable or less odd looking so you can do them arou...

I've recently been through some stuff and now I feel like I've lost a great deal of my ability to make people laugh. I think I used to be ok at it. I remember being very upbeat and even silly/ridiculous at times. Clever remarks and puns were also a mainstay...which I still do but to much less effect...

Nice. I also on sight around that grade. We use the yosemite decimal grading system here in the states so its close to 5.10d. I've red-pointed harder stuff but on sight ground up ascents are far better style wise!

I love climbing.

The only times in my life when I'm organized and clear headed are when I'm outside working my way up a climb.

Great for building balance and body awareness. I recommend doing yoga as well to improve on balance, breathing and flexibility.

Smartwool all the way.

They come in a variety of weights. I think "trekking" is their heaviest.

they are a little pricey but the quality is top notch and they will outlast synthetic materials. Not to mention they don't hold smells.

I've recently discovered that I'm an aspie at age 23. Not officially diagnosed yet but am in the process off receiving an official diagnosis and have been told that mild to moderate AS is the most likely outcome. I suspect I'm high functioning because I can pass as normal in most social situations a...

I'll listen to anything that is musical. I'm partial to jazz. I really like jazz and all the sub styles from swing to fusion. I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite. I've been trying to branch out into electronic music but its hard to find stuff I like. So much of it is 4 on the floor BoomCackBoomCa...
