I LOVE how this thread has essentially turned into an endorsement of Replacement Theology, one of the MOST hateful, bigoted, murderous theologies in the history of mankind (jihadism is a close second, if only because it hasn't has as long a run). Replacement Theology is the reason my ancestors were ...

I don't think they care. I think they're tired of the senseless stalling, like the Republicans did to Ari.

Winamp shutting down, not so much a problem.

Shoutcast getting shut down, on the other hand, IS a big deal. Apparently, Microsoft is in talks to acquire Winamp and Shoutcast, so Shoutcast may yet survive.

I think you might be on to something here. I don't get why all of his teammates are siding with Incognito - must be an awful team culture down in Miami. To take a devil's advocate position, though, they also ran a pre-draft psych evaluation on him, but apparently no reports of autism came out. Well...

It's a point I keep trying to make on Fins boards, but nobody seems to want to listen to it. Rather, I get my fandom questioned. Cute, huh?

So, what do you think of Edward Snowden and Julian Assange? If you think those two are heroes, then Erin Burnett must be a hero too. After all, the three of them are guilty only of revealing the truth. But if you want to "draw and quarter" Erin Burnett instead, why not "draw and quarter" Edward Sno...

Thanks to Erin Burnett, we now know that Jared Abrahams, the guy who allegedly hacked Miss Teen USA's webcam, is autistic. I'm thinking great, another thing we DON'T need. How would you throw the book at him? Part of me wants to draw and quarter him.

Judging from your avatar, you probably aren't positively disposed to the PM anyways. Google for English news in Israel yields nothing (something tells me it would have popped up in Ynetnews or JPost).

Agreed Tequila, tl;dr.

The words "Deus" and "Zeus" are distinctly different. Iuppiter is the Roman equivalent for the Greek Zeus, and the words don't even remotely resemble each other. Now, the actual Greek word for God is much closer, and that is Theos (remember, the "Th" in Greek is a single letter). And they do sound ...

These festivals all revovled around the worship of the sun or a sun god , little wonder why the concept of the son of god was invented Are you really saying what I think you're saying? According to Biblical scripture, monotheism was the first religion and give rise to polytheism after mankind abandoned Yahweh worship. Well there's your problem. The bible is wrong here. No debate required. It's plain and simple wrong . The Egyptian religion came before Christianity for one. As far...
