I am also deciding whether or not I should get a diagnosis. There is no real benefit to me, I do not need any government aide or anything, I just think it would be nice to have the closure & to know for sure.

I think as I get older I keep realizing how much more stuff there is that I don't know. Also, I forget the stuff I used to know, like history, geography, chemistry & other things I haven't studied in a while.

I work in assisted living as a nurses aide. I would just like to say that it is much, much, much easier to keep a circumcised pecker clean than one uncircumcised. I have wiped off more nasty white gunk from underneath old men's foreskins than any person should ever have to. It is an infection risk ...

I'd have rather of heard that than the denial stuff I got passed all the time. You're perfectly normal; you're just a little special! That's exactly what my mom used to say! I'd tell her: "Mom, there is something wrong with me, I don't know what it is but there's just something not right!" And then...

I am pretty sure I have AS. I am not officially diagnosed, though my dad is a school psychologist who helps diagnose kids and he thinks I definately do. I am a senior nursing student, and I like it a lot. I have also worked as a nurses aid taking care of the elderly for the past 3 years. The communi...

I think it sounds like he was joking & teasing you. It doesn't sound like he was trying to be mean, but he may have been annoyed with your catching him dozing off! Shame on him for that!

I love getting my hair cut, and I especially like it when they wash your hair and massage your head. The only part I don't like is having to make small talk with the stylist.

Mostly I had really good teachers. However, there was one in particular that I loathe to this day, as well as some that weren't very good but at least weren't mean. I was always a good student, but I think liking my teachers had a lot more to do with the teachers than it did with me.
