I understand about not talking on the phone & not wanting a phone, but what if there an emergency & you need to call someone or call 911. |

I'm too quiet, sometimes I can be talkative. I can be lonely & want friends, but I don't feel like talking all the time, alot of the times I don't know what to say to my online friends. I'm a complicated girl. |

You need to become better self-aware to realize why things are this way. I am very easily drained so my routine consists of doing the things I need to do and then just resting and doing whatever I have the energy for after that, which a lot of the times isn't much. Maybe college is draining for you... |

I only call my grandmother, but it hard to deal with her alot of times, cuz she thinks she knows what she is talking about & she makes me mad at her. |

When I was a child & a teenager, I didn't think about suicide, I didn't know I had Asperger until later in life. In my 20s, I started having a little depression & once I had bad insomnia, I was talking sleeping pills, I remember I couldn't take it anymore, I wanted to kill myself. I wanted ... |

I completely shutdown when my mom died, I was living with my sister, she made everything worse with the way she treated me & make me feel, I'm positive she didn't take her pills, it wasn't right what she called me. I was walking around the house feeling like a zombie. |

I used to..all the time. I used to smash my room up over something so trivial. Funny you write this, yesterday I had another meltdown due to sensory triggers. I almost smashed my phone, threw my chair and almost smashed the TV controls. Reaaaal bad. Sometimes it's unintentional and just happens but... |

My personal preferred method is to use a vacuum cleaner on everything, not just carpeting, but also a nozzle to vacuum hardwood floors etc. In my experience it's far quicker than sweeping with a broom if you need to do the whole room. Sweeping up a small spot of dust with a dustpan and brush is fin... |
