I am in my 20th year of nursing. I took my Indiana licensure boards 20 years ago this month. I worked 10 years in the operating room and now 8 years in a surgical ICU. My work is very technical. Our hospital is the most computerized in the greater Indianapolis area. I don't talk very much and rarely...

I experienced a lot of bullying in elementary school and in junior high. I also experienced a lot of social exclusion as well. I am now 46 years old and am now experiencing social exclusion from my church. The bullying was not only verbal but physical as well. I was attacked at school and on the way...

I believe in God. I do not believe that the Bible is 100% literal. If it was, I would have to believe in talking snakes, talking donkeys, water coming out of rocks, and global floods. I don't attend church much anymore. I belong to a United Methodist congregation, but they are very conservative. I b...

I have exactly the same problem. No matter how nicely I try to say something, I am always criticized for being rude. Other people can say what they want, and they are listened to attentively. I gave up talking to most people. I prefer to talk to my dogs. At least they don't nag and criticize. They a...

I have to put items in exactly the same place each time. If they are moved, I have to search the house to find them. I also lose my car all the time. When I leave Wal-Mart, the mall, or a restaurant, I never can remember where I parked the car. It's even worse if I drive another vehicle other than m...

Newly diagnosed AS. I live in a quiet, rural setting in western Indiana. I have no traffic noises or loud neighbors to distract me. I have my family, dogs, and cats. My name is Dan. I scored 167/200 on some Aspergers test. I do not how accurate it is.
